Todd has over 26 years of diverse experience in construction and project management. He brings a proven track record in successfully leading projects from conception through to completion. His experience spans roles as Senior Project Manager and Project Manager at industry-leading companies, where he has collaborated closely with real estate developers, city officials, contractors, and financial institutions. He has expertly managed all phases of construction, from design and city approvals to procurement and turnover. His most recent work includes overseeing notable developments such as the revitalization of a historic lodge on Lake Vermillion and a commercial property project in Waconia. He is dedicated to delivering high-quality results that meet organizational goals, consistently achieving projects on time and within budget while fostering strong relationships across all project stakeholders.
