Mikel Humbert, Senior Superintendent 

Qualifications:

Mike is our General Superintendent for Dark Horse. Previously, he served as a Senior Superintendent at Rochon Corporation, leading on-site construction teams and a role at Welsh, Minnesota, from 2014 to 2020, where he coordinated on-site operations, maintained high standards for overseeing all site activities to ensure projects stayed on track and met scheduled deadlines. Prior to Rochon, He held the same safety and ensured an organized work environment. In 2013- 2014, he worked with Elder Jones in Minnesota in a similar capacity, managing project timelines and team performance on-site. His experience as a Senior Superintendent continued with Steiner Construction from 2010 to 2013, with responsibilities focused on project leadership, safety compliance, and cleanliness on site. From 1995 to 2010, He co-owned CM Construction in Minnesota, where he oversaw the construction of strip malls and multi-family housing developments, managing both hands-on work and supervisory duties to ensure successful project completions.
