Leroy is the CEO and Owner of Dark Horse, bringing over 30 years of leadership in Utility Construction, Earthwork, and General Contracting. His extensive experience includes managing large-scale, multi-million-dollar contracts, optimizing material projections, and ensuring the seamless execution of complex project schedules. With over 150 hours of safety and quality control training, Leroy is deeply committed to operational excellence and safety standards. He has successfully led companies with large fleets and sizable teams, demonstrating his ability to oversee high-stakes projects with precision and efficiency.
